Par Lindholm became Ak Bars player


Swedish forward Par Lindholm signed a one-year contract. He started last season in the NHL played one game for the Boston Bruins. After that he returned to Sweden and played 23 matches for Skelleftea AIK, scoring 15 (5 + 10) points.

Par Lindholm was born оn 5 October 1991 in Kusmark. He made his professional debut with Skelleftea AIK where he took part in the Swedish Championship in 2009. On May 2018, having gained NHL attention, Lindholm signed as an undrafted free agent to a one-year, entry-level contract with the Toronto Maple Leafs and at the end of the season moved to the Winnipeg Jets.
On July 2019, Lindholm joined his third NHL club, signing a two-year contract with the Boston Bruins. in February 2021, he returned to Skelleftea.
In total, he played 106 games in the NHL, scored 19 (4+15) points and played 277 games in the Swedish Hockey League and scored 156 points (70+86).
He took part in the Swedish national team at the 2018 Olympic Games.

Achievements: silver medal of the Swedish Championship (2011, 2015, 2016, 2018).
